Aviary is a collection of design tools aimed at the hobbyist market. There is a photo editor (Phoenix), a vector editor (Raven), a pattern generator (Peacock), and a 3D Modeler (Hummingbird) among many others. The flagship product is Phoenix, the image editor that looks and feels a lot like Photoshop.

Phoenix is oddly a little too similar to Photoshop. I wonder if Adobe will be doing anything about it. lol It's quite similar in menus and toolbars. Even some icons are the same. hehehe

after using photoshop cs3 extended, well.... everything else is just sub-par.
